Program restarts, hibernations and shut downs

This easy-to-use utility allows you to manage Shutdowns, Reboot, Log off, Stand by, Hibernate, Lock, Hang up, Turn off monitor, Turn on screensaver, Main action for network computer, Shutdown, Reboot, Countdown, On time, On Process stops, On Low CPU usage, On Low battery, Action option, Force action, and Show confirm.
Probably the most useful feature as far as I'm concerned is the fact that it will shutdown when it detects that there is no longer any PC activity.
This is great for those that like to download a lot but don't want to wear out their PC in a hurry or if you're performing a large file transfer that you'd rather leave running on it's own.
The only problem is that it does not always shut down correctly because if you have a preinstalled energy saving scheme installed on your laptop, it may conflict with this utility.
